Quinta de Sobreiró de Cima is a mirror of these experiences, adding the best terroir of Trás-os-Montes to the best castes, both Portuguese and foreign, produced in a biological way. Respect for Mother Nature is practiced from the first to the third generation of the family.

At the end we have a white wine with a pale floral aroma typical of the grape, a little lychia and some minerality, dry, with acidity that balances the aromatic sweetness.

Excellent as an appetizer or to accompany lighter dishes such as grilled fish, pizza or salads.
