It is a perfect expression of the Tawny Noval style. It has developed the classic attributes of an Old Tawny Port but still retains much of the freshness and fruitiness of its youth.

The grapes from Quinta do Noval are trodden by foot to obtain the must and then, during fermentation, they are crushed again in the traditional stone presses of the Quinta.

Noval Tawny 10 years is a blend of Old Port Wines from different vintages that have aged in oak casks, with an average age of 10 years.
