Irregular, dispersed and variable are the fragments of their granitic soils. They are joined by the remaining fragments that bring to a wine an unshakable harmony and unquestionable identity: the altitude, the personality of each of the castes mixed and planted for more than a century and, the knowledge of their people!

Fresh grapes in their sweet spot of ripeness, picked up by hand for 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they have been subject to judicious manual choice. They are desemated and stepped on foot in stone press, where it ferments and later goes to French oak barrels where it remains in stage for 32 months.

Tasting Notes: Retinta-colored wine with slight laivos. Expressive on the nose, with notes of black fruit, chocolate, licorice, rock rose and smoke. In the mouth, it is a very fat wine, of great persistence and freshness.
