Meticulous and manual harvest respecting the integrity of the berries. A part of the grapes was vinified by the open spout method, in small stainless steel vats and the other through tanning in a mill, both fermented without yeast inoculation. 18 months aging in French oak barrels, followed by 4 months aging in bottle.

Orange color, striking aroma of orange blossom due to skin maceration. In the mouth, it surprises with its unusual combination of structure, acidity and salinity.

A white wine to accompany intense cheeses, which goes equally well with white meat and oriental dishes.
