This wine has a very crystalline citrus yellow color. Very intense aroma with a perl oriented to some tropical notes but, also, with ripe citrus, candied orange and even fresh grapes. In the mouth reveals a fat wine, juicy, with very balanced acidity. Vigorous and wide at a long end of mouth, with some spicy notes to be noted.

It serves well with grilled sardines, leafy green salad with rings of squid and cashew nuts, seafood pot, crab cake, spaghetti with seafood and gratin clams.
