The grapes of Quinta das Bageiras white wine come from old vines, over 75 years old. IT IS vinified with an open spout, the must being placed in small decanters of 1m³ where it remains between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the must is transferred to old wooden barrels, of 2500l, where hundreds of fermentations have already taken place.

It maintains the classic style of Quinta das Bageiras, a singular elegance, notes of flint, ripe citrus fruits and spices. Voluminous, but very fresh, with generous acidity, complex, long and refined, full of character and distinction.
