Pressing the grapes and decanting at 10ºC for 48 hours. Fermentation in new 500 liter French oak barrels and aging in the same barrels for 8 months.

Tasting notes: Yellow green color. Intense, citrus aroma, with current notes of new wood. Lots of freshness with great aging potential. Intense flavor, with great complexity and perfect acidity. Concentrated in the mouth, white fruits, wood, very balanced with a fine, mineral and long acidity. Great to accompany dishes of oven-roasted fish, cod, seafood, sushi and also sheep's cheese.
