The decision was taken to start bottling this wine from Vinha da Mata, a unique vine from Bairrada, in the heart of the Buçaco forest. It is bottled only in exceptional years. The wine ferments and ages in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: Vinha da Mata 2015 is vigorous and has a complex aroma. Its black fruits, flowers and good toast make it fiercely structured with fine tannins. It is complex and intense, with a very long finish.

Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially to accompany grilled meats.
