The different grape variety individually interlock in stainless steel vats and are aged with the fine lees for 6 months, keeping the temperature and oxidation low to keep the wine fresh character.

Greenish-yellow color. Aroma of ripe citrus fruits and tropical fruits on seaweed background, reminding sea breeze in volcanic environment. Very round mouth, with vibrant acidity and saline finish.
