After sorting the bunches in the vineyard, the berries were also chosen by optical screening at the entrance to the cellar, in order to take advantage of only the perfect berries. These were then refrigerated, defused and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent cold decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16 °C.

Tasting Note: This wine demonstrates a very pale pink color and glaring red fruit aromas. On the palate it is enveloping, with a freshness even more marked in this particular year. Round and balanced, its end is persistent, marked by fresh red fruit notes.

It can be served as an aperitif or to accompany light fish dishes and white meats.
