This spirit comes from selected reserves since 1948 (green wine). Distillation in Charental stills, by Cognac technique. Aging in French oak hooves.

Rich and complex aroma, with predominance of the primary of the wine and the tertiary notes resulting from oxidation in contact with the wood. Soft in the mouth, with a fine and delicate finish, presenting a persistence typical of a brandy produced with green wines.
