Grapes mostly harvested on the island of São Miguel, in 20 kg buckets and transported by plane and boat to the island of Pico. Direct pressing, no crushing with CO2 protection. First presses fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to maintain the purity of the variety and second presses fermented in 3rd year barrels (30%).

Tasting Notes: Bright citrus yellow, intense floral nose, tea notes, bergamot and iodine. Rich full attack, with a touch of iodine and salt.

Fresh, with good acidity and some greasiness, and a large saline component. Works with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
