Touriga Nacional, full and bulky with Tinta Roriz sweet and structured and Jaen with complex aromas, grow on slopes located between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. The vineyard is managed within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides being prohibited. Weed control is carried out by tilling the soil. The harvest is manual, caste the caste, when they reach the optimum point of maturation, between the 2nd half of September and the 1st of October.

These wines are obtained after fermentation at controlled temperature in order to preserve all aromatic elegance, in wooden balseiros and stainless steel vat for 20 days. The wine makes the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and the consequent stage for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.

Proof Notes: Intense and complex aroma, with a predominance of Touriga Nacional and soft notes of bergamot and violet. Good structure in the mouth, with fruits of the forest. Elegant and long end.
