Hand harvested into 12 kg boxes, on the 17th of September 2018. In the cellar, the grapes underwent a new selection on a vibrating sorting mat. Fermentation took place in French oak vats at a temperature of 24ºC. Aging in 500 L French oak barrels for a period of 16 months. Aging in bottle for a period of 11 months.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet color, green tobacco leaf aroma, minerality and spicy notes from the barrel aging. Firm but silky tannins. Structured, elegant wine with precise tasting. Long and persistent finish.
