Golden color with a pinkish tone.
In the fresh, fruity nose, freshly brewed fruit juice, a cornucopia of white fruits, hints of peach and juicy grapes. It opens progressively in thin notes of dough and cookies. It is an all-Italian genus, like a panettone with raisins. The notes of malt are distinguished by giving way to citrus aromas (clementine), a touch of oak and rustic notes (verbee, chamomile).
Coffee flavor, licorice, toasted oak, coffee grounds, a slow-burning cigar. His range is startling, vigorous, assertive and uncompromising. The peat is elusive and finds ways to assert itself almost as a whisper.
The end of the mouth is completely licorice canisours. The refined bitterness quickly gives way to medicinal aromas: camphor, eucalyptus, ending in gentle notes of barley malt.
