Distilled from 100% Pedro Ximénez castes, able to provide organoleptic characteristics different from any other distillate. After distillation, this product spends 12 years in a 750-liter chestnut barrel and another 12 years in a 250-liter American oak barrel.

Proof Notes: Pale amber color. It is not particularly oxidized and its level of chromatic intensity is very moderate, despite its marked old age, which reveals slightly greenish nuances, typical of its years in contact with the oak.

In the nose the initial alcoholic intensity appears, after a few seconds of oxygenation, gently balanced and subtle, with notes of raisins and fine figs. Integrated wood that rounds out with notes of raisins, as well as notes of fine woods, joinery and background of old Solera.

In the mouth it is round, pleasant, velvety and with a subtle sweetness that resembles both the raw material and the barrels in which it interaged.
