The acclaimed 'other world's wine'!

After Portugal, Cláudio Martins, from Martins Wine Advisor, chose Spain and especially the Priorat region, in Catalonia, for the second wine in the limited series Wines From Another World : It is called Uranus and only 500 bottles were produced.

Nine wines are expected to be launched, as many as the planets of the solar system, at the rate of one per year. A trip that is known in advance that begins and ends in Portugal, but that will represent some of the most important world wine regions, from Bordeaux to Georgia, through Champagne, Tuscany Napa Valley and Mosel, and closing with the Douro.

Uranus is a young wine, from the 2021 harvest, although it is produced from an old vineyard, aged 75, with the majority variety (85%) being the hairy black garnacha, plus 10% white garnacha and 5% cariñena.

A wine of "extreme quality, with an extraordinary aging capacity" .

The refined beauty of this dry red is a wild ride of energy, depth and complexity. Aromas and flavors that move like a dancer between the nose and the palate. Deep red, blue fruit, with a consistent velvety texture.
