Vineyards from Seixal, Ponta Delgada, São Vicente and Arco de São Jorge, characterized by different soil mixtures, of a volcanic nature, derived mainly from basalt, trachytes, tufa, slag and conglomerates. Temperate with oceanic characteristics, with a variation in temperature, humidity and rainfall, depending on altitude.

Hand harvest. Selection of the best grapes for several weeks, according to the state of maturation. Total disengagement, crushing and pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. Vinification made according to traditional methods. Aged by the traditional Canteiro system, in French and American oak barrels of different capacities.

Attractive and bright golden color with shades of evolution. Very delicate aroma, fruity and with some floral notes. Long, dry finish with notes of honey and orange peel.

With marked acidity served a little fresh, it is excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with light soups, serrano ham, smoked game, mushrooms, pâtés and nuts such as almonds and walnuts.
