Hand harvest. Selection of the best grapes for several weeks, according to the state of maturation. Total disengagement, crushing and pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. Vinification made according to traditional methods. Aged by the traditional Canteiro system, in French and American oak barrels of different capacities.

Open color with low amber hue. Light, dry and complex with a nutty aroma. In the mouth marked dryness. Long, dry finish with good complexity.

It is an excellent accompaniment to dried fruit, butter cookies, dark chocolate and honey cake.
