Half-tanned fermentation, enhancing extraction. After fermentation is complete, brandy is added, followed by a minimum aging period of 7 years in cask until bottling, which is only carried out at the request of the market.

Golden orange in color, it has a sophisticated aroma, with notes of honey elegantly combined with vanilla, stone fruit and tangerine. In the mouth, honey stands out, wrapped in spices and apricot. Balanced, with an intense aftertaste and excellent acidity.

Excellent as an aperitif, or for desserts such as creme brulee, apple or almond tart.
