This champagne consists exclusively of Pinot Noir grapes, vinified 25% in steel, 25% in cement and 50% in wooden barrels. Malolactic fermentation is only partially carried out and aging is at least 30 months.

Straw yellow color and fine and continuous bubble. On the nose stand out pleasant aromas of white and yellow flowers and fruits, toasted and mineral notes. The sip is fresh and tasty, with a discreet persistence.

Ideal as an appetizer, excellent in combination with clams and white meats.
