Retinted, opaque in the center with narrow purple edge. Stunning Taylor's style, elegant and precise. The nose is filled with very thin, linear fruit, heady and complex, but contained by a graphite minerality. Quinta da Vargellas gave its mark with the characteristic fragrance of violets, which hangs like a fragrant veil over the wine, with discreet notes of citrus, wild herbs and sand. In the mouth the wine is coarsely linked by agile and muscular tannins, firm and very attached, ending with a powerful wave of fresh and very pure berries.

A wonderfully delineated wine, with the distinctive size and elegance of Taylor's and the tantalizing promise of pleasures still to come.
