The port Quinta do Noval Vintage wine is characterized by its purity of fruit and a fine and delicate quality that is typical of the wines of the property in general, but that finds its most remarkable and lasting expression in the Ports Vintage.

The grapes are trodden on foot to obtain the must, then maceram in the lagars, the traditional stone vats of the Quinta, to ensure the best possible extraction of aromas, color and tannins during fermentation.

It is matured for 18 months in wooden casks in the air-conditioned cellars of Quinta, in the demarcated region of the Douro Valley, before being bottled.
