In the palate, there is a great mix of sensations, aromas and flavors with a perfect balance between youth and experience, between the novelty of the fruit and the "good old age" that only long years of aging can achieve.

The core is dark amber and the maple is lighter, resembling a young Harvest style port.
Neat and beautifully complex, as a result of longer than normal time spent in barrels.
In the mouth it shows a beautiful acidity, making it alive and elegant, with great complexity and balance. Pretty spicy, moving away from the freshest fruit for the hazelnuts and plums. The end is fresh and at the same time delicate and very long.
