Produced only in the best years, from the best vinifications, Vintages are the quintessence of Port Wine, with great aging potential.

The grapes were carefully selected and destemmed. An intense maceration was carried out in the first 48 hours for better extraction of the components of the films. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature, being carefully monitored and interrupted at the ideal moment by the addition of wine spirit. This is followed by a 2-year probation period, avoiding oxidation.

Complex and evolved aroma, where delicate floral aromas and ripe red fruit prevail. On the palate, it is structured, despite silky tannins and balanced acidity. During the tasting, in addition to the fruit, there is a touch of pepper and chocolate.

Perfect to be enjoyed alone, or to accompany strong cheeses, desserts of wild fruits or chocolate.

If you keep it lying down, place it in an upright position 24 hours before serving, to avoid deposits.
