Herdade do Sobroso, in its 1600 hectares, reconciles the production of wine with the enjoyment of space and nature, using them as a leisure center. Located in the Alentejo municipality of Vidigueira, Herdade do Sobroso is bounded by the Mendro mountain range to the north, by the Guadiana to the east and to the south by the enormous plain that stretches as far as the eye can see.
It is in this geographical harmony that the richness of its lands is based and it is in this framework that the winery is located.
The space where modernity and functionality coexist indelibly, producing wines of unique quality.

Inserted in a unique terroir, on the banks of the Guadiana River, in the DOC region of Vidigueira, the perdominant paint varieties are Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro and Petit Verdot while the white wines come from Castas Antão, Verdelho and Perrum.

The wines of Herdade do Sobroso, intense and elegant, of great aromatic complexity and natural freshness, result from respect for Nature and the unique terroir of our vineyard next to the Guadiana River, in the DOC Vidigueira region.
