Manual harvest. Gentle destemming and crushing, cold pelicular maceration for 48 hours before the start of fermentation which took place, at controlled temperature, in a typical Alentejo amphora of 750L, for 2 weeks and with pelicular maceration. Internship on fine lees.

White wine with a clear appearance and lemon yellow color. With a fresh and textured character, it has another dimension in which the earthiest notes of the amphora appear. With a large volume in the mouth supported by a refreshing acidity, this wine has an extremely gastronomic profile.
