The Syrah is produced from the selection of the best batches of Syrah from that year, thus composing a final blend that aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (50%) and American oak (50%). With a dark violet color, it presents intense notes of black fruits. A round wine, with a firm and persistent structure.
The Viognier, with grapes produced in the family's land in Montemor-o-Novo, results from a careful selection of the same, 9 months of aging in new French oak barrels with 30 days of intense batonnage and 8 months of rest. A very balanced wine, elegant but structured, with strong citric notes while unctuous and round in the mouth.
