Harvesting, distilling and bottling in Mexico's Jalisco highlands. Agave 100% Blue Weber, with the highest quality sugars, acquired in the highlands of Jalisco, which enjoy the best red clay soils and the best oxidation.

Aged for 12 months in new barrels of American and French oak. It is then distilled again before being placed in vintage barrels of French Bordeaux.

Soft color. Aroma of oak, very mild agave, vanilla and fruit. A mild, sweet taste, with excellent body and a persistent, velvety flavor.
