Solaia is a 20 hectare vineyard with a south-west exposure located at 350-400 metres above sea level and with a stony soil of "alberese" (hard limestone) and "gallestro" (scaly calcareous clay) rock.

Solaia 2019 is a deep ruby color. It impresses on the nose for its aromatic complexity and finesse. N Otas of small berries, especially raspberries and blackberries, lead to sweet sensations of ripe apricots and red oranges coupled with slight floral notes of roses. Scents of Coffee beans, chocolate and licorice are perfectly integrated and are accompanied by fresh impressions of mint and white pepper that give their generous bouquet. In the mouth it is enveloping, harmonious with an excellent and well-balanced structure. Soft and vibrant tannins contribute to its dense and captivating palate. The finish is exceptionally long and pleasant with a persistent mouth finish.
