Vieira de Sousa 10 years is a Tawny Port with age indication. This excellent quality port is made up of several batches that have been aged for years in oak casks. This Port reconciles age with freshness, an example of the various wines produced by the Family.

All the grapes that gave rise to this excellent wine come from the Family's own vineyards, all of them on the banks of the Douro River. The fermentation with maceration of the skins to extract the best constituents was carried out in the old granite presses with foot treading. The addition of brandy is done with great rigor, allowing the marriage of this with the tannins and sugars of these batches. Aged in vats and oak casks for 10 years or more.

Tasting Notes: Dried fruits and ripe plums of red color with accentuated shades of brown, demonstrates an evolution in wood.
