Vineyards from Seixal and Ponta Delgada, characterized by different mixtures of soils, of volcanic nature, mainly derived from basalt, trachytes, tufa, slag and conglomerates. Temperate with oceanic characteristics, with a variation in temperature, humidity and rainfall, depending on the altitude.

Manual harvest. Selection of the best grapes for several weeks, according to their ripeness. Total stripping, crushing and pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. Vinification made according to traditional methods. Aged using the traditional Canteiro system, in French and American oak barrels of different capacities.

Deep medium amber color with green edge. Very delicate, fruity, almost floral and refreshing bouquet. Wide and powerful. Nutty and toffee flavors. Rustic style, almost dry and austere. Good concentration, cheeky acidity with long finish.
