The oldest wines are mixed here, using the Solera method. Vinification is done with 94% in oak barrels and 6% in stainless steel tank. Bottling in July 2021, maturation in cellar 30 months.

In the eyes, golden mantle. In the nose, cream and gluttony are present. In the mouth, notes of brioche and toast. The features in the mouth express a certain power and corpulence, keeping balanced by a feeling of freshness and tonicity at the service of the fruit.

Powerful, silky and mature.

Great to be enjoyed on appetizers, with grilled meats or desserts.
