The Real Companhia Velha Sparkling Rosé brut is the result of a careful selection of Pinot Noir from Quinta de Cidrô in São João da Pesqueira. Cidrô's terroir, due to its altitude and mild climate, allows for a longer cycle in the vine, thus allowing both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to be harvested at the perfect time to be sparkling. This beautiful Quinta, although it is located at an altitude of 550m, suffers from a poor soil, schist, which results in lower productions, which give this sparkling wine an excellent texture, volume and intensity. In 2013, we carried out a first test to sparkling a batch of Pinot Noir only, which would come to have a slightly pink color, and with the organoleptic characteristics typical of a Rosé.

A sparkling wine with a light pink color, with excellent expression on the nose, with floral notes and delicate nuances of red fruits, showing intensity and complexity. In the mouth, it shows volume, but a lot of elegance and finesse, with flavors that are guessed on the nose, and a lively and refreshing acidity.
