Maynard's Colheita 2001 Tawny is a Port wine of exceptional quality. Presenting a bouquet full of aromas of overripe fruit, it is dense, rich in concentration, with extraordinary notes of caramelization, roasted pears and apricots, walnuts and roasted almonds. Smooth and balanced finish with fantastic citrus acidity.

It was produced using the traditional method of Port wine. It is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It has been maturing in wood for over 15 years, although Colheitas Port has never been aged for less than 7 years in wooden barrels.
