As you stroll through the woods, orchards and vegetable gardens of Quinta de Ventozelo, a collection of aromas characteristic of Mediterranean vegetation remains in your memory. Gin de Ventozelo carries these fresh and deep notes that define the SPIRIT OF THE PLACE. This Gin resulted from a research project with Inst. de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar and the partnership with Cantinho das Aromáticas, where the properties of each botanical species, its composition and production method were studied

The blend of selected botanical species was macerated in wine alcohol, to which wine brandy was added, both from the distillation of wines from Quinta de Ventozelo.
