Blandy's 15 years Malmsey fermented with natural yeasts at a temperature of 18°C ​​to 21°C in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. After approximately 48 hours, fortification is carried out with wine alcohol, in order to maintain the desired natural sugar content.

This wine is a blend of wines with an average age of 15 years, aged in oak casks according to the traditional 'Canteiro' process, in the centuries-old Blandy cellars.

Golden brown, characteristic bouquet with nuts, wood, toffee and vanilla. In the mouth, sweet, smooth, full-bodied complex and a long finish with an aroma of nuts and dark chocolate.
