The indicated price is equivalent to 6 units The grapes from the different selected varieties are harvested according to their ideal stage of maturation, in 20 kg boxes and immediately vinified. Destemmed and transported by gravity to the frustum-conical fermentation vats. After skin maceration for extraction, fermentation of the different varieties occurs separately, at moderate temperatures for around 10 days. Its 12-month aging in new barrels gives it remarkable complexity and elegance. The batch is finished after the wood stage. Bottle maturation takes place for a minimum of 10-12 months. Tasting Notes: Deep ruby in colour. Its aroma reveals earthy notes and fresh red fruits, with breadth. In the mouth, notes of freshly picked wild berries predominate, complexed with hints of pepper and spices. We are surprised by its density, freshness and refined tannins. Complex profile, with a silky and elegant finish. It accompanies meat and fish dishes from traditional Portuguese cuisine and also presents characteristics of freshness and elegance ideal for being combined with fusion dishes. Cellar wine, with high aging potential. Great gastronomic aptitude.
