| Syrah is produced from the selection of the best batches of Syrah from that year, thus composing a final batch that aged for 16 months in French oak (50%) and American oak (50%) barrels. Dark violet in color, it presents intense notes of black fruits. A round wine, with a firm and persistent structure. Viognier, with grapes produced on family land in Montemor-o-Novo, results from a careful selection of grapes, 9 months of aging in new French Oak barrels with 30 days of intense batonnage and 8 months of rest. A very balanced wine, elegant but structured, with strong citrus notes while unctuous and round in the mouth. |
