The Tiara comes from vineyards over 60 years old, planted at a level of 600 meters, where the Códega do Larinho variety predominates. A fine, light wine, with a lot of claw and energy.

The Tiara is a white that reveals the purity of the castes and acidity of the terroir that gives rise to it. The long fermentation at low temperatures in Foudres over 30 years old, of 1500L - 3000L, makes all the difference.

In the nose it is discreet, with notes of citrus, fruits from the orchard and a herbaceous that gives it character and complexity. In the mouth has volume and structure. The end of the mouth is almost spicy, persistent and prolonged by excellent acidity.
