An crossroads that undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by a 6-month aging in French oak barrels, ending with a 12-month aging in the bottle.

Test results: Lemon color. On the nose, the wood is evident, well-matched without overpowering the identity of the crossroads. In the mouth the acidity is very present, with some floral notes and honey.
