Gold amber to topaz color. Intense aroma, but mildly spiced with ripe yellow fruits and dried fruits. Very soft flavor, with considerable softness and unctuousness in the texture of fruit jelly, with fruity confit in harmony and elegance, with slight acidity and dried fruits that persist for a long time.
