Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature at 24 °C. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine interaged 2 years in new French oak barrels, followed by 8 years in the bottle.

Cor pomegranate. On the nose it presents black fruit, very ripe plum, spices, with a complex finish with hints of dried fruit. In the mouth very balanced, with acidity, which gives it excellent freshness. A very balanced wine, incredibly fresh and voluminous.
