This exceptional champagne is distinguished by its rarity. This vintage is only the 4th edition of Gosset Celebris Rosé in the last 25 years, after Celebris Rosé 1998, 2003 and 2007. It is offered in a limited edition of 15,000 bottles.

Its coppery, luminous and crystalline color reveals its long maturation in cellars. In the nose, a strawberry compote aroma reinforced with spices (black pepper) and menthol, remains with touches of ripe summer fruits: peach, nectarine and apricot.

This wine features a sticky strain: aromas of ripe black cherry are balanced by a note of blood orange bringing a piercing, enveloping freshness. The salty finish recalls the Chardonnay minerality dominates this blend.

Perfect to accompany mushrooms, poultry, lobster, strawberries and citrus.
