Manual harvest. Gentle destemming and crushing, static decanting for 48 hours. Blend of fermentation in stainless steel and new French oak barrels, with controlled temperature and aging on fine lees. 

Clear-looking white wine with a citrine colour. With a citric and mineral character, in the mouth it shows a great integration between the acidity and texture of the wine, supported by quality barrels. A wine with a very persistent aftertaste.
