Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Jardim da Serra and Ribeira da Janela area were used. Grapes pressed in continuous press. Fermentation interruption through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%).

Sercial aged in Canteiro between 10 and 14 years in French oak casks and aged in barrels and bottled in its purest state.

Tasting Notes: Greenish gold nuances. Aromas of dried fruits, pine and resin. Mineral and fresh mouth, quite long finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, snacks, olives, mushrooms, cheeses, oysters and octopus.
