Plots of century-old vines, planted at an altitude between 750 meters and 850 meters, with a shale transition soil - granitic, poor and rugged, which demonstrate a surprising acidity.

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand in 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection. They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, then transferred to French oak barrels, where they ferment and age.

Tasting Notes: Intense straw colored wine. Aromas of baking, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine full of layers, very voluminous and full of energy given its persistent freshness.

Excellent to enjoy with dishes with a complex and rich flavor, such as baked fish, shellfish and mature cheeses.
