The Bumbu XO rum is distilled and matured in Panama in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in ex-sherry barrels. The nose is filled with fruit, vanilla and toffee aromas, with a stream of hot spices. The palate offers rich hints to raisins, citrus to orange and bitter from coffee, which mix with toffee, vanilla and toasted oak.
