With a unique landscape and a unique richness in its diversity and terroir, Serra do Mendro gives us the essential inspiration to create unique, distinct and timeless wines. The stillness of time allows us to interpret the origins, respecting the primary elements: soil, climate and grape variety. With fermentation and aging in a 3000 liter French oak vat, we look for fine textures, mineral notes and intense aromas of fresh fruit combined with the complexity that the autochthonous varieties planted at altitude and tempered by the Atlantic winds give it.

An enology of contemplation preserves their exclusive character, the stage in raft gives them the natural balance, intensity, linearity, sophistication and class that only this cradle could provide.

Sharp thermal amplitudes allowed balanced maturation and excellent acidity levels. Running on a regular basis, with high quality musts, they resulted in deep wines, with remarkable aromatic exuberance, dense and highly elegant.
