Fermentation: 60% in stainless steel vats with automatic temperature control and 40% in new French oak barrels. Internship for 10 months in new French oak barrels. Citrus-colored wine, more structured, with floral and citrus touches and notes from the barrel stage. Fresh and elegant, with good persistence.
